Before the interview presentation about the company. Than an individual interview talking about previous work experiences and accounting skills. Overall the interview in a friendly and professional way. I would recommend.

Accounting skills related questions, they seemed to be easy to answer due to accounting background.
I had a wonderful interview experience with IBM. The interviewer was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain the exact day-to-day responsibilities of an accountant at the company in great detail. This gave me a very clear and realistic picture of the role and the team culture.
Beyond just assessing my skills, the interviewer provided highly constructive feedback and valuable advice on areas where I could improve based on my performance. Interview process was professional and straightforward, focused on accounting knowledge, technical skills, and situational judgment. Questions covered financial reporting, problem-solving, and teamwork. Overall fair and structured, with clear expectations and timely communication

Interview
Interview process was simple and straightforward. There were two stages. The first was a short introduction call with HR and the second was a interview with the managers on Teams. Questions were practical and related to real situations in the job.
