I had attended 2 interviews at the IBM Bangalore offices. First : Telephonic round at the IBM office Second one : Video Interview PDM round In the 2nd interview , an offer was made. Since then, I submitted all documents required, completed all the forms asked. After 2-3 days, there was no movement in my application. I waited for a week and kept following up with my SPOC. She informed me that they are awaiting business approvals so it will be done within that week. I waited another week and contacted her again, she said it is still pending and would take another 2 weeks. Meanwhile, no response from her after trying to contact her, I resorted to contacting the Level 1 escalation manager, so as to just know the process and what has been taking so long. He responded immediately saying, he will check and get back with an update. Of course, no response on their own, so I sent an email asking about the update, to which I received a call from him stating that there is no business requirement currently and I will hence not receive an offer letter. Post 2 months, if there is any business requirement again, I will have to re-appear for all the interview rounds. I had allocated my time and effort for attending these interviews just so that I could get an opportunity to work with IBM, but this turned out to be such a disappointment!

I've attended the interview during COVID period and it was. Virtual interview.the process took less than 15days. 2 rounds - 1 technical and 1 pdm round where salary and LWD ..etc was discussed.
