Interview
Just a formality as they needed someone urgently to handle the responsibility. The project was already going through the bad phase and there were escalations everyday. So i was given the offer after 1 round of interview
Behavioral based questions. Recruiter, hiring manager and possibly team meeting. May get a tour of the location. Psychometric testing and technical testing often used. References and background checks often taken.

Behavioral based questions, and more of a personality/ culture fit.
It was a good experience. Moved quickly and conducted all the interviews virtually. Accepted offer after negotiating the pay which they were very open to doing. Would highly recommend IBM to anyone looking for a job.
First screening went well and then there was a panel interview. Eventually I was ghosted. Interview went very well but it seems they had someone internal already fixed for this role
