I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at IBM (London, England) in Apr 2016
Interview
Quite lenghty, but worth it in the end. It started with an IPAT tests to which I suggest preparations to be made beforehand. It followed by a CV screening and then if passed, an AC in London Southbank.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (London, England) in Jan 2020
Interview
Very well organised. Easy going and was more of a 2-way conversation, where they gave me the opportunity to ask questions as well. I was delighted by the whole experience and would definitely recommend applying for IBM.

Interview
The process goes from a video interview which is fairly comfortable to an assessment centre. Here you participate in group activities as well as presenting. The group activities were interesting and get you thinking. When presenting, it is 1 on 1 with an assessor. Both went fairly well, however I really had to get out of my comfort zone to do this, as well as sucking hard you know what, due to the people around me being much different from me (!) I did not get the offer after I feel the other candidates were a lot more knowledgeable than me, as well as also being accused of different small faults picked up in the group activities, which I felt were false, so they can smd for that one. The overall process is definitely a good experience though.
