I was seeking internal opportunities within IBM. I has several interviews in different parts of the organisation e.g. GTS, GBS and Cloud. All the interviews were casual, conversational and based on internal relationships. A lot of the opportunities were by word of mouth and not advertised internally or externally. None were via external application.
