I interviewed over the phone, then in-person with 6 managers. Overall, very friendly interviews, they tell you what they do and you tell them what you have done in the past and what interests you.

Interview
I came through a phone interview and then through "zoom" live interview with a 3 member delegation. Everybody was placing questions, it held one hour and they were friendly. I received the answer within 10 days.
I would say that it was kinda fast interview process. Alltogether it took about 3 weeks to employ me (from the first "submit application" click on IBM webpage through our interview and, at the end signing up a contract). Nothing special within the interview, however you must be excellent in English to communicate withh all IBM partners over the world
