We had two technical rounds and one people manager rounds and final round we will have HR rounds, Interview process is quite moderate comparatively to other service based companies

Interview
Multiple round interviews, the first was with the hiring manager, the second were technical with the team which was pretty standard,and the question were relatively easy.
The third interview was with Human resources to discuss salary and such.

- Standard UNIX questions, like how to navigate files, starting service, boot process, etc...
- Clustering question, including many technologies, like the standard Linux cluster stack but also the proprietary clustering solution from IBM and HP.
- Questions about distributed file system from IBM (GPFS)
