I interviewed with several people at multiple levels: 3 peers and 3 leaders. Most were via phone and one with my direct leader was face to face. Everyone was very friendly yet very thorough and wanted to make sure that the job was a fit for both of us.

The process was a very good one although somewhat intimidating at first as I was to provide a presentation to a review panel on my presenting skills. I was nervous as I was not sure what they were looking for however; I was still able to get through the presentation and convince the audience that I was right for the job.
