I have applied through employee refferal. I got mail on 2nd october 2016 for intrvw which was in coimbatore. On 3rd october there was an online test. They declared the result on same day. Luckly I was selected. Next round was on 4th oct. There were only one round TR+HR. The interviewer was very polite. He asked to explain may project then asked some question from testing. He asked one puzzle. Then he asked to ask qsn about IBM. I asked. Then he told me to wait outside. And finally I got selected
