The final round was three in person interviews as well as a group interview/case study to see how you work on a team

The interview process is relatively intense. There was a phone interview, an in person interview, a writing sample, and a personality assessment. The people who do the assessment are all very nice! This is sales, they make a living off of being likeable. It is best to be calm, confident, and witty, but of curse extremely professional. Dress your best, prep your best, be your best.

I got an interview after completing several pre-rounds. The interview was 45 minutes long and consisted of behavioral questions. The interviewer was extremely nice and the questions are pretty classic.

Very behavioral and focused on your passion for sales technology, and relevant experience. Everyone I talked to seemed interested in getting to know my own personal story and why I personally am drawn towards IBM as a company and leader in technology
