The interview process is a structured series of steps used by an organization to evaluate and select the most suitable candidate for a job role. It typically begins when a position becomes available and ends when an offer is made to the chosen applicant. The goal of the interview process is to assess a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit while ensuring fairness, consistency, and transparency.
Interviewers have a series of questions on identifying alerts, triaging them and propose mitigations strategy and the your reasons. They also briefed about the structure of their SOC team, its setup and culture.

What is this alert and what will you do when you see this?
2 stage process. Friendly team. Interview was more of a conversational chat to put candidate at ease with technical scenarios. Straightforward questions which made the whole process seem engaging and was a 2 way conversation. Not just bombarded with questions
