      Anonymous employee
Crawley, West Sussex, South East England, England
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at IAG Loyalty (Crawley, West Sussex, South East England, England) in May 2015

      Interview

The Process lasted a couple of months, but the process was extremely personal. I was constantly kept informed by the recruitment team during and after the interview process, and I thoroughly enjoyed the application. The Assessment Centre was extremely well run, as was the phone interview screening process. In both instances, I was able to demonstrate my knowledge of the company, experience and skills over a series of tasks which tested different skills. 1. Application via email (CV, Cover Letter & Questions) 2. Telephone Interview 3. Online Testing 4. Assessment Centre
