Initial application form, followed up by a telephone interview which involved fairly easy company-related questions, which lasts around 30 minutes.
This was followed by the standard numerical and verbal reasoning online tests and then the Assessment Centre a couple of months later.
The assessment day involved doing an interview with 2 current employees (one a graduate on the current scheme), a presentation, case study review (to test commercial skills) and finally a group exercise.
The day itself was a very enjoyable experience - HR Department made all the candidates feel very at ease from the beginning of the day. Plenty of opportunities to find out more about the company through presentations and meeting some of the graduates on the current scheme.
