Spoke with Director of Sales, Area Sales Manager & VP of Sales about my experience and sales goals. Corporate was very friendly and answered all questions asked. The interviewing process took a few months, I was already an employee so I had my first 2 interviews on the spot.
Easy, basic questions, did not dig more than expected. Usually hospitality related interview. No hr screening was done prior. Everything was online. Negotiate the terms and conditions of the contract.
Interviewed and seemed really excited about me. But then said that I didn’t bring clients in and that I didn’t deserve 60k plus for salary. Said I lied about salary expectations but I never gave one

15 min interview with HR over the phone then I had a 30 min interview with director of sales to discuss the role and goals of the role. He also went over salary and commission based role during the interview
