I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Human Rights Watch
Interview
I sent in a cover letter and resume through the online system. They asked me to complete a 7 hour writing excercise, which I did, and I never heard back from the organization again. I understand that they cannot get back to all candidates that apply personally (as they mention on their website), but you would think that after I put in 7 hours of work, they would at least have informed me that I did not get the position.
