The first phase was done by a video program where five questions played on camera and you have two minute to answer each. There is time to practice as well

In the final round there was a written part (1.5 hours, computer based) and a verbal interview with 6 interviewers. I had to work with texts and re-write them into various types of documents (for instance, create a memo out of an article).
