The interviews consisted of 4 total rounds, all traditional interviews except the 3rd being a role play. The thing about HubSpot that was different from other interview processes I've dealt with is that they want you to succeed, and they give you the resources you need to do so (expectations, guidance, prep documents, etc). My recruiter, Bee, was readily available to go over any questions/concerns throughout the process and she also helped me prepare by giving me some guidance on what HubSpot is looking for in candidates for sales positions. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire journey. Overall, a fantastic experience. Keep in mind though that it is definitely difficult. They ask some really thought-provoking questions and follow up questions where you'll need to draw from your relevant experience or give your opinion, so it's crucial to be prepared and well-spoken.
