HR interview, interview with a manager over the phone, interview with all team managers in person (separately but back to back), then a presentation for all team managers and sometimes team members.

They were most interested in how I've solved for the customer, how I time manage, how I learn, and why I see opportunity at HubSpot.

Interview
It starts off with a Recruiter phone interview then is followed by a Manager Interview , then a 1 hour role play where you pretend to be an inbound consultant, and then 3 to 4 rounds of interviews with other managers or peers who work with this role.

Interview
Applied via internal referral. The recruitment team reached out the next day and we scheduled a phone screening the same week. Over the next 2-3 weeks, I had a phone call with the hiring manager followed by a role-play presentation relevant to the role and then four in-person 1-1 sessions with various team leads. The entire process from first contact to offer was just about 5-6 weeks. The recruitment team was highly proactive and very clear about timelines, next steps and what to expect. I mainly interacted with Virlyn and Charmaine who were amazing throughout the process. It's clear that the HubSpot Culture Code is put into practice right from the hiring stage!

Role-play presentation: Was given a client case and asked to prepare a presentation on the specific strategies that would help grow their business. The output was presented to a panel who were role-playing members from the client team via video call.
