First a fit interview on the phone.
A month later I received an invitation for an virtual "onsite" final round interview. It is two steps, the first is a systems design interview, and the second is a leetcode easy + medium question.
I applied online. I interviewed at HubSpot (Cambridge, MA) in Mar 2026
Interview
Took the OA(HTTP Get), took the behavior and then got scheduled for final rounds. The day they scheduled me for final rounds is the same day they cancelled my interview, not even 3 hours later.
Spoke to an intern who was also interviewing and they said they did the same to them 2 days before.
So they knew that they were canceling interviews but just decided to waste my time.
Worse experience ever.

Question 1
They'll ask lots about values, teamwork, etc. for the coding assessment, prepare for HTTP and for live coding coding, prepare Algorithm questions. For the System Design, most times they'll ask you to design Netflix.
Lovely recruiter and people, 1x sysdes & lc easy, however most people are rejected for any minor errors at all - you're better off with a interviewer who gives no feedback as opposed to one with feedback
