Hi there, thanks for taking the time to write a review, and I'm sorry we let you down in your process. We always have a high number of applications for our roles, and referrals in particular have skyrocketed given the events of the past several months. While historically it hasn't been possible for us to follow up individually with every single referral, we've recently rolled out some changes to our processes internally that should remedy that. We are incredibly proud of the progress we've made on gender diversity but, like many tech companies, we have work to do on both ethnic and age diversity and are holding ourselves openly accountable through our annual Diversity Report that you referenced (https://www.hubspot.com/hubfs/2020DiversityReport.pdf). I truly appreciate your feedback and push to be better, and hope we can continue to make progress on the work we're already doing.
