Interview
The interview process was intense yet reasonable. Multiple phone calls, phone role plays, and finally multiple people onsite interviews. They are truly looking for those that fit the culture. They communicate with you throughout the interview process and will contact you if they decide not to proceed.

During the interviews, they did multiple role plays of the position. All role plays had a different scenario and you were to give the outcome and reasoning.
