I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HubSpot (Cambridge, MA) in Nov 2018
Interview
First was invited to complete a one-way video screen. Then was a 30-minute phone interview. Made it to third and final round, which consisted of 5 hours of in-person interviews from different managers within the business, and a 2-hour networking event that evening.
I was called a week later and told that I wasn't going to be receiving an offer. They gave feedback such as "your answers were pretty surface-level," which I found ironic, because when I asked for some examples of this, they couldn't provide any.

I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at HubSpot in Jan 2019
Interview
The video interview was really tough because you aren't talking to an actual person, the questions are pre-recorded. Although they were all behavioral questions, not having someone else to respond to your answers is difficult.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HubSpot (Cambridge, MA) in Oct 2017
Interview
You have to answer a few generic questions (either about the company or behavioral). After that, I got an email from a recruiter to set up a phone interview and it was also behavioral. My recruiter was very down to Earth and super easy to talk to. I got invited to come in the following week for final interviews. I had 5 back-to-back interviews and got a tour of the company. I think you have to have the personality traits to get an offer. Its a very young office and they want energetic people with lots of new ideas. Also, one of my 5 interviews was a case, but it was also very relaxed and my interviewer walked me through it, so as long as you have ideas, you will be able to finish it!
