Interview
It was a 3-step Interview Process: Online Application - Phone Interview - In-person Interview.
You will need to write a short essay (250 words) on why diversity matters to you, along with a resume. A cover letter is optional, but highly recommended. Then, they would reach out if they are interested, and schedule a time and day to conduct a phone interview. If you pass that stage, they will schedule an in-person interview. Make sure you research what the company actually does and use the words inbound marketing.
If you are managing two different projects for two different companies, and they both emphasize that their project takes first priority, how would you multitask/manage your resources to meet both of their quality expectations?
