The interview process was rather long but it was well-coordinated.
There were 4 rounds of interview:
1) Phone Interview with their recruiter:
I initially applied for the BDR position but the recruiter I talked to (shoutout to Nicholas Chan!) advised me to apply for the ISC role instead since I lacked experience for the BDR role. He was very pleasant and helpful throughout the interview process. This interview's aim is to find out more about you are and if you have the right experience for the role.
2) Zoom Interview with the Head of ISC in the US:
The objective was to test your understanding on the ISC role and to get an idea of your personality.
3) Role-play interview (via Zoom) with the Head of ISC in the US:
The aim of the role-play is to see if you are able to explain an abstract idea over the phone. The assignment given asks you to "teach the interviewer something". You are free to pick the topic of your choice (tip 1- choose something that you are an expert in, tip 2- when you're done explaining something complex, test your interviewer's understanding by asking questions)
4) Face-to-face interviews:
I had 3, 1-1 interviews that lasted 30 minutes each with the Head of Sales of Asia, the BDR Manager, and Sales Manager. The questions were generally behavioural.
