I was required to present a 30,60 & 90 day plan of how I intend to tackle the role as well as what processes I would change and/or implement in the future. The interview was conducted by a Two person panel

Interview
Holiday Inn Interview process is a neural process. I applied online the process took 4 week. I then had a phone interview. Then it took two more week to get an in person interview and the question was pretty neutral : Tell me a little about yourself and then they ask a couple of questions about how you conducts meetings with your staff under stress.
