It was an interview for a contract position. I wasn’t really asked anything about my experience or accomplishments, just project management questions about how I would organize things. I got the sense the interviewer did not really know the role they wanted filled.

I had a phone interview initially that was all the basic stuff. After about a week, I came in for a second interview and a written test. About 3 weeks later they made me an offer. The test was not difficult. the recruiter that helped me get the job checked in several times over the span and was told they were still trying to make a decision.
