I find it simple and able to understand it. It's also involving,acknowledging and motivates the wellbeing of the company and its motives. I think its a good idea and very conducive giving all the courage one would wish to have and understand at all cost.
It was a phone interview. They called me over the phone. I didn't have much experience in the industry. It only took about 15 minutes. They notified me later that day that I did not receive an offer.
