The structure was like this: Phone screen Interview with the director & manager then had another conversation with production designer Design Test Said they wanted to move fast "as in tomorrow" and would send design test later that day. Received the test 3 days later and was informed that they were bringing in other candidates. Returned the test within 24hrs and no response after that. Be courteous and respond. Not even a courtesy email saying thanks for coming in and spending half a days work doing an assignment for us. Turned down a client waiting on these amateurs. As a freelancer this is wasted time and wasted money.
