Pretty good process with a very knowledgable and professional team. 1st round was phone screening. 2nd round was a technical panel interview (nothing too hard, just some basic networking and database/programming questions). Just be honest about your experiences, what you don't know, and what you would need to review. The interviewers were pretty understanding and willing to help out and explain. This is a customer facing role, so it helps if you have customer service experience.
