The process was incredibly pleasant. I applied for the graduate development programme for HPE. They called me for an initial talk over the phone and after that I was invited to a face-to-face interview. I spoke to about 6 different people in the company and they were all incredibly pleasant, friendly and "laid back". The whole experience was not at all stressing. They offered me coffee and set me at ease right away by telling me what I could expect from the interview. In the end I did not get an offer because they felt I wasn't right for the job in the long run. I am sad they felt this way, but I have no objections to this. They were fair and very helpful with their feedback.
