During the interview process you will have 4 rounds. The first round is an interview with HR. Discussing your current situation, ambitions and conditions for the role. Second with the hiring manager. Main goal is to check whether there is a cultural fit and also sales fit. Thirdly, a presentation. This presentation contains a use case or commercial presentation about the solutions of HPE. Lastly an interview with the director. This is more a formality.

It was a virtual interview with 2 interviewers. Both didn't open up their face cam, 1 can hear dogs barking in the background. Not professional imo but up for debate.

The interviewers are not opening video, it seems like I'm talking to a wall. I can hear pet noises in the background. Not that I mind that much but it shows unprofessionalism. An interviewee is expected to be professional but they seem not to act that way.
