I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Hewlett Packard Enterprise | HPE in Jan 2021
Interview
Very slow interview process over the course of 3+ months. Fairly low-pressure and standard interviews, and everyone was very nice, but my interviewers did not know answers to simple logistical questions such as what stage in the process I was at, what timelines are like, what there is to expect during the process, etc. I assume this is because it is too big of a company, but it was a red flag for me personally.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Hewlett Packard Enterprise | HPE in Jan 2021
Interview
Very lengthy process, took a few months. Everyone was kind and nice to speak with. Enjoyed each interview but had a hard time knowing the process. Very corporate environment and the people interviewing me did not even know what the process was like / what round I was on, or what to expect. Ended up accepting another offer due to this.
