I submitted my application and received a phone screen call a week later. It was a short interview over the phone to see if you're interested and if you're a suitable to move onto the first one on one interview. 1st round of interview with branch manager then area manager then HR called to offer the job.

Interview
It’s very unorganized. It’s two initial interviews. The first is a phone call and the second one is with the branch manager of the location. When I showed up to the location, the branch manager gave me what he was supposed to read to me and asked me to read it because it was too lengthy. Even if you fail at the interview, you’ll still get the position. They need people. as long as you don’t have crazy points on your license or a terrible background check you’re getting the job

Why should we hire you? Have you worked in the sales position before? Can you handle a fast pace environment?
I only had one interview with this company. Their culture is based on results achievement and team work. You need to be organized to work here. Attitude is important as they look for committed employees
