Interview
So the process is structured into three interviews : The first one is mostly motivational, and no business questions will be asked. The second interview is more technical and the questions will be based on the position you are applying to. The third one is with the manager, to see if there is a fit between the firm and the candidate.

If the sales of the product in terms of revenues reduce, but the quantity sold is growing; how is the market?
Colloquio svolto online per una posizione in Germania.
Molto professionale, per uno stage non richiedono troppa esperienza ma è richiesto un ottimo inglese.
Lo stage è ben retribuito.
Però c’è molta offerta
Primo colloquio conoscitivo (behavioral) seguito da un colloquio con due manager di due differenti business unit (beauty vs home & laundry). Il colloquio ha previsto domande tecniche di ragionamento economico/di marketing di medio-bassa complessità.

chiamata al telefono + video call conoscitiva con hr e poi altra chiamata per testare l'inglese e ulteriore video call con manager del settore con colloquio molto tecnico e di logica e ragionamento, durato 1 ora
