HR screen focused mostly on my prior experience and how it related to the job post. The HR rep did not have many questions for me but instead expected me to run the interview. When I felt that I had been talking too much, I stopped and asked if she had any other questions and she instead asked me to keep talking about my different experiences. Definitely a different interview than I'd had before. After the first interview I did not hear back for almost a month, when I received a personalized email from the recruiter letting me know I would not be continuing in the process and thanking me for my time.

Het sollicitatie proces verliep in het begin positief maar bij de laatste ronde nam de kwaliteit helaas af. De HR afdeling reageerde dagen lang niet op mijn e-mails en de afzegging ging vervolgens via een korte e-mail. Ik had wel verwacht dat ik zou worden gebeld.
