Interpersonal Interview, One-on-One Interview, Regional Manager Interview, National Manager Interview, Director interview, Recruiter screening the candidate from the job portals such as Monster, Linkedin, Indeed, TimesJobs Etc. The interview process is slow which is expected from a German MNC given their slow decision making process.

Interview process was short. I felt like I may just be a filler and they wanted to promote from within. But that could happen anywhere I guess. They drilled down on a lot of answers that I gave.
