The process is long and thorough. I would suggest riding with other salespeople to see exactly what the job entails. Be ready to explain how you will make an immediate impact.

How did you manage the multiple tasks required in your previous sales position? Did anything slip through the cracks and why?
Several rounds of interviews within a reasonable period of time. Interviews ranged from very conversational to in depth role specific questions.
Excellent communication from HR and follow up throughout the entire process.
Very professional with use of both online and f2f meetings, and it was such a warm and peaceful environment for the interview process. It was also very good to communicate and receive information from the organizations

Interview
Good interview with managment, was expecting more to come. Unfortunetly just silence. No response/communication/ or follow up with company after interviews ans calls. If thats how you treat potential candidates, worried about about communication/managment style for the company.
