Interview
It was a 6 or 7-step process, over 3 months. Quite labour-intensive, hard to do next to a job. They asked for a case study presentation, a whiteboarding challenge, and multiple rounds with directors. In the end. They said I had only positive feedback, but that they had to look for another candidate who was more senior (I am sure I could've learned and adapted on the job) due to internal flight risks. All in all, it wasn't a terrible experience; the recruiter was actually very friendly and supportive, but it shows how unorganized the company is when it pivots at the very end of the process.

They have an interesting decision-making framework, which I think could be quite useful. They had a couple of questions about prioritization, which seemed like a big topic for them, given the many research requests they were receiving.
