Interview
HR phone screen. Two rounds of interview. One phone. One on site with three employees on the team. Generally asked medium level difficulty/open ended question on technical plus EQ to gauge your analytical and creativity.
The interview process began with a phone screening conducted by the HR team in the U.S., focusing on my background, experience, and overall fit for the position. It didn’t include behavioral questions but focused on detailed discussions about my current and past job responsibilities, projects, and technical experience.

Applied. Interviewed with the HR representative, and was told that my resume and background was very strong and that I would be hearing back from them very soon for next steps. A week later I follow up with the HR person, and shortly after get an automated email saying I will not be moving forward, with no reason. At least have the decency to tell me the reason yourself.

Quite easy. 3 levels- a HR one, a hiring manager one and a director.
First one is screening, 2nd one is interview, 3rd is a sign off.
All done virtually.
