Interview
I arrived for my interview and was told I would have a specific person interviewing me. One of the general CC team told him I'd arrived and he looked over and said he was too busy to interview me, so sent someone else. They were totally unorganised, first of all making me sit through an interview which was for the part time team despite my informing them that I was here for a full time position. After a 40 minute process, they then said I had to do another interview as they had made me sit for the wrong one. The whole process ended up taking about 2 hours.

They asked what my strengths were, my weaknesses and how I would improve on them. They then asked generic questions about my experiences in previous jobs
Lovely people. I really enjoyed the process, the interviewers were thorough but very nice. I had three stages, one was screening, one was a group interview and then a final 1:1

The team were really lovely. They asked me about my experience and gave me scenario based questions I had to answer. For example, they asked me what I would do if a customer called up and they reported not having a carrot in their box. They also asked random questions like what would I bring to a desert island etc

Interview
Telephone interview followed by an online test and then a face-to-face interview. Fairly easy, an average selection process. Friendly interviewers. Online test is just responding to made up emails from customers and potential scenarios you will be in.
