I had the interview at the career fair for Harris Teeter. I first had a phone interview then they invited me to the career fair event. I had applied through snagajob so the event was also because of them.
I had worked here a few years back so my information was still in their system and I was just told that the pay had increased from about $9 to $10.55. I got the offer a week after applying due to a cashier quitting abruptly and was called in for a less than 5 minute interview the day after. Simple process.
Pretty quick and easy going, just give off the impression that you like working with people and are comfortable enough to strike up a little bit of convo or smth like that
Fast, personable easy. Interview was over zoom scheduled for 30 minutes but I was hired within 10 minutes of starting. Questions were very basic and were extremely easy to answer. I highly recommend interviewing for a job at Harris Teeter.
