Had a first interview with the recruiter for one hour, remote, nothing out of the ordinary, expected, standard questions. Got a second interview with two more people, and I felt this time my answers were not completely satisfying on the technical side, lacking the specialization on mobile they were expecting. Got a negative feedback after that.

Question 1
Design process, working with developers, carrying out user testing and validation on decisions, maintaining design systems.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at H&M (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Mar 2020
Interview
The process:
- HR screening call
- Portfolio review with two senior designers
- 72h design challenge
- Design challenge presentation for four designers
- Receive an offer from the Global Head of UX
First round interview via Skype. Basically, it's a portfolio walk-through. Though the mail said I was supposed to present 1-2 projects, it turned out that there's only time for one project. So after a brief self-introduction, I talked about one of my previous projects and answered several questions. The whole interview takes about 20 mins.
