You have 3 interviews so it takes some time, around like 3-4 weeks it's a little bit frustrating but the interview are very simple but it takes some time because you have an interview with different people (managers).
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at H&M (Ledyard, CT)
Interview
The interview process was very simple. I spoke to the store's manager about myself, interests and work experience. We then spoke about availability and spoke about typical shifts at H&M. We then spoke about salary expectations.

Interview
Asked me to come in despite me mentioning that I had laryngitis and it wouldn’t be a good idea. Throughout the interview both assistant manager and manager kept mentioning their values but wouldn’t describe what they were. Disorganised. Careless.
Group interview by someone who didn’t work at that location. Kinda awkward but thorough. Easy mobility but work life balance was not great at the end. Overall the people are great though
