Light but professional—two managers interviewed me at once with both being conversationalists so the interview felt casual but would return to professional questions. Lasted about 15-20 minutes and they got back to me within the time frame they said they would (less than a week).

Straight forward and generic interview questions. It was quite brief and a few specific question about h & m especially the member scheme, products they sell and customer type. Very friendly and welcoming.
