Interview
There were 2 stages of interview. After you apply at the H&M Career Website, you should receive an email stating that they receive your application. If you have the experience or personality they are looking for, the HR will call you RANDOMLY and ask for an interview. If you pass then they will book you for for a one on one interview with the store manager.
Tips:
Make sure to know about the history of H&M and other important details about them. THEY WANT YOU TO GROW IN THERE COMPANY keep that in mind in every questions they ask you.

Interview
It was lovely, very interactive. Getting to meet new people, seeing the H&M store was really nice. The supervisor was really professional and warm. First we got to know each other, then did a question and answers round with everyone, situation based, customer service based, questions to display your skills etc, talking about H&M values and then we had a group task, to come with a outfit based on the provided situation.

Interview
Group interview, asked us questions like what's our hobbies and why do we want to work at H&M. We then had to work in pairs to choose the importance of certain scenarios that we may come across. We then were given a scenario in a group and had to go around the shop and choose an outfit suitable for that scenario. We ended the interview being asked two random questions about the brand or anything in general.
