Interview
I applied through Indeed.com and received a phone call two weeks later. A phone interview was conducted and was followed up with an in-person interview for the next week at a location near me. The in-person interview consisted of two people and myself: a department manager and an individual from HR. The department manager was asking me questions while the HR individual was writing down the interview process.
Overall, the process was quite pleasant and I was made to feel very comfortable. Conversation was natural and friendly, not intimidating at all.

Interview
It was lovely, very interactive. Getting to meet new people, seeing the H&M store was really nice. The supervisor was really professional and warm. First we got to know each other, then did a question and answers round with everyone, situation based, customer service based, questions to display your skills etc, talking about H&M values and then we had a group task, to come with a outfit based on the provided situation.
