Interview
Group interview, then if prefered by interviewees you get a second interview as an individual with store manager and co manager then if prefered again you get a third and final interview to agree to company policies terms and contractual agreements. So expect at least a two phase interview process with some phone calls and if its for a new store opening position expect a third interview.
The interview process was well-structured and professional. It included multiple rounds with different team members, focusing on both experience and cultural fit. The conversations felt thoughtful and gave a clear understanding of the role, expectations, and team dynamics.
not that hard was very easy but I didn't get a call back but was easy I think it was because of my availability that's all but yeah not that hard was very easy maybe just my availability that's all because they wanted full time but I wanted to do an hour less than what the asked for but that was all just due to availability I think in ,y ioiniion
Fair. Quiet and easy going. Two managers interviewed me and asked about 20 questions.
I would recommend asking for feedback during interview questions to understand what they are looking for in whole.
