went for national hiring day and was put into a big waiting area filled with 100+ people. when finally called into the room to be interviewed the interviewer was very friendly and spoke about himself. After answering the questions he invited me to an assessment centre. did 2 activities at the assessment centre and after a question and answer period with part-time sales advisors, was called into a separate room with 3 other candidates. they asked about where I lived and my availability

It was lovely, very interactive. Getting to meet new people, seeing the H&M store was really nice. The supervisor was really professional and warm. First we got to know each other, then did a question and answers round with everyone, situation based, customer service based, questions to display your skills etc, talking about H&M values and then we had a group task, to come with a outfit based on the provided situation.
