Initially I handed my CV in person then around 2 weeks later I received a call inviting me to an interview. I was only interviewed by one person. It was a basic interview followed by a short task of folding clothes and arranging accessories to the H&M standard. The interview took around an hour. It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.
