Interview
We were in a group interview, where we first introduced one another to the group, finding a fact about your partner.
They then asked about what we know about h&m, then proceeded to do an activity where the team had to brainstorm what we would do if we came across a certain situation.
Lastly, we had to hang up clothes and open a 'store' while answering customer questions.
One of the most comfortable interviews I've been in.

Interview
The group interview we had felt more like a teambuilding session, which was awesome, and put very little stress on everyone. Employees can be seen marking every person based on their performance during the activities.

Interview
Applied online, small group interview with roughly ten people.
Pretty easy interview, very interactive, probably the best group interview I've been to, it wasn't as daunting as I thought it'd be.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at H&M (Sydney) in Feb 2018
Interview
It was a group interview (around 7 - 9 people in each group) and it lasted a bit over an hour. There were three people in the room assessing you and three activities were done within the hour. The first activity was about yourself. You had to describe the outfit that you wore and why, as well as why you applied for the job. We also watched a video about H&M's values and discussed which one you liked the best and why.
The second activity consisted of splitting into partners and discussing a scenario with them and a solution to it. After 5mins, you had to present the scenario to the group and the solutions that were devised.
The third activity was more practical. The group was split into half and each group had to create an outfit using a statement piece of clothing, create a trend name and come up with a sale/deal that can make customers be interested in purchasing it.
After the three activities were done, one of the people assessing the group asked why each activity was what it was and the next steps of the recruitment process.
Overall, the interview was fun and very interactive. The atmosphere was not tense, and was friendly and welcoming.
